All Star Dance

Wisconsin Dance and Cheer

Exposing our athletes to all kinds of dance is vital to their growth as dancers.  Athletes will be taught Jazz, Lyrical and Hip Hop.

Competition teams will be determined by the end of July.  We offer prep dance teams, semi-travel, travel dance teams, solos, duets, and trios.  Our teams will compete from December through April.   This will involve roughly one competition per month.  Dance teams will perform and compete inapproximately 5-8 events.

WIDC All Star Dance is one of the premier programs of its kind in the area.  So...whether you are a beginner, or an accomplished dance performer who desires more, this is the place for you!  Our energetic and talented staff is ready to take you to the next level!

Dance teams practice one day per week for 1 – 2 hours.  All practices and competitions are mandatory.  Every athlete is a very important part of the team.
At the end of season, the athletes will perform during our annual recital. This gives the opportunity for parents, family friends and the community to enjoy their children's dance performances.

Our competitive teams prep, semi-travel and travel teams practice approximately 2 hours a week with their teams and  additional time is spent on tumbling.  The prep teams will compete in 4 local competitions, the semi- travel teams will compete in approximately,  6-8 local competitions and our travel teams will compete in 7-8 competitions where travel will be involved.   Practices and competitions are mandatory as every athlete is a very important part of the team.

Divisions are divided by the athletes’s age as of August 31st.

Levels are divided by tumbling and stunting skills from levels 1 – 6.

Teams’ divisions and levels are determined by the members’ skills and ages to form the most successful teams possible and to showcase theirabilities and talents.

Cheerleading is a sport which includes all the art and talent of dance, tumbling, cheers, jumps and stunting.

Basic Cheerleading skills develop attributes that are perfect stepping-stones for other sports and activities: flexibility, balance, strength and agility.  At WIDC we focus our programs on the principles of Friendship, Leadership, Team Work and Family.

Through proper instruction, children enrolled in cheerleading programs demonstrate progress in a number of key developmental areas.
